Where do you ship?

At the moment we ship UK-wide and hope to open up to international shipping soon. Please send us an email to let us know if you're outside of the UK and interested in buying a kit. getintouch@heavenandhellthy.com

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping will arrive to you within 3 - 5 working days

1 - 3 kits = £2.80 Royal Mail 2nd Class

4+ kits = FREE

We can also do expedited shipping which arrives within 1 - 2 working days

1 kit = £3.30 Royal Mail 1st Class

2 - 3 kits = £5.50 Royal Mail 1st Class

4+ kits = £7.50 Yodel

Is your factory nut free?

We take every precaution with our suppliers and manufacturers to ensure there is no cross-contamination. Our factories are BRC accredited and are completely nut free facilities.

Is there sugar in your products?

We use organic raw evaporated cane juice in our kits. However, the sugar is packaged separately so you can substitute your sugar replacement in the recipe.  We'll post some recipe ideas soon to help you with this.

How do I order wholesale / become a stockist?

Please get in touch with athena@heavenandhellthy.com if you would like to enquire about becoming a stockist or you would like to purchase wholesale.

Who is the artist for the box design?

Our first product's box was a original design collaboration with artist and industrial furniture designer, Alchem8or (Ian Fleming).  Check him out on instagram @thealchem8or or his website www.alchem8or.com. Each new product that we make will be a new artist collaboration that you will be able to collect!

What other products do you produce?

At the moment we only do the chocolate chip cookie kits, but we will be launching brownies soon. We'd also like to create sponge, icing, blondies, muffins and more so watch this space!
