I’m a serial entrepreneur, business strategist and optimization coach.
I believe happiness comes from living a fully UNRESTRICTED life, where you’re in control and thriving in your work, body, mind and heart.
In 2018 I had a realization that the 'success' I was chasing was not making me happy and I set out to change that by giving up drinking, diving into aerial silks, losing 44lbs and in 2019 I decided to leave the life and career I'd built in London behind to literally run away and join the circus.
After travelling the world, I started UNRESTRICTED in 2020 to help women uncover their superpowers in life & business.
I have over 20 years of working in strategy, entertainment, sponsorship, licensing, marketing, and events. Some of my past clients include companies & organizations such as Xbox, Diageo, Just Eat, Microsoft, The UK Government Office for Science, and more. She counts Live Nation, Linkin Park, Guinness World Records, and award-winning Youth Marketing Agency, Livity as former employers.
I’m no stranger to startups, having started HEAVEN + HELLTHY, a vegan, allergy free baking kit company, which led to becoming Partner & CMO at YFood, a Food Tech Media Company, giving me the opportunity to work with and mentor 100s of startups of all sizes.
I am currently based in Tulum, Mexico.
I love experimenting with new life & business hacks, writing, travelling, performing stand-up comedy, going to gigs, hunting down the best vegan food in the world, and movement such as yoga, dancing, pole dance, and aerial silks.
